Role summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner at Catapult Ventures is responsible for delivering a comprehensive recruitment service from vacancy intake to offer acceptance. This role partners with hiring managers to create accurate vacancy journeys, coordinates applicant evidence, and ensures candidates understand their next steps. Based in Windhoek or Johannesburg with hybrid work options, the role requires a professional with at least three years of recruitment experience in a structured environment, a relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics. The successful candidate will maintain accurate recruitment records, improve templates and practices, and provide a respectful candidate experience.
